When the U.S.A. entered the ware, I felt it my duty to volunteer rather than wait for the draft. What were the mental and physical effects of your army experience on yourself? The many life developed my physically. What elements of your college life and work were most valuable to you in service? The habit of concentration acquired in college. Also some of the courses taken in college helped me a great deal. What is your present feeling regarding universal military training, etc.? I think that some system of universal military training ought to be adopted in the U.S.A. If you took part in the fighting, what impressions were made upon you by this experience?
