Each piece is titled after a tropical cyclone or typhoon that has hit the Philippines. Through the manipulation of paper, collage and décollage, I explore the act of weathering and erosion. The inspiration comes from the process of billboards being taken down in preparation for an incoming typhoon, demonstrating the destructive and complicated relationship between urban spaces, people, and the environment.
